The ComProp Navigator: A resource guide for civil society

The ComProp Navigator is a new online resource guide for civil society groups looking to better deal with the problem of disinformation. Users select their areas of concern, and the site directs them to free online resources, curated by civil society practitioners and ComProp researchers. The website grew out of a series of civil society workshops held by ComProp in cities around the world.

At the end of each workshop, the outputs included a synthesis of the day’s discussions and a collaboratively developed resource guide. The ComProp Navigator aims to share this learning with a broader audience. The recommended resources are organized by “concern area,” as well as by type and language. The goal of the website is to support civil society organizations, but also the general public, as they go about understanding, preparing for, and responding to issues caused by online disinformation.
