Programme Manager DemTech
The Oxford Internet Institute (OII) at the University of Oxford are seeking a Programme Manager to expand the reach and visibility of the Democracy and Technology Programme.
This will include leading and coordinating policy engagement and providing operational support for the team, led by Professor Howard.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position, available from 1st June 2022 until the end of the available external funding of 31st May 2023, with the possibility of extension subject to available funding.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised with strong attention to detail and have experience of working with external engagement in an academic context. They will have a strong sense of how best to support and enable the production and development of vital academic research by liaising with external stakeholders across key audiences in government, industry, academia and civil society. Personal Assistant to Professor Howard
The Oxford Internet Institute (OII) at the University of Oxford is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to Professor Howard; including liaising with visitors, dealing with correspondence and telephone calls, arranging meetings and maintaining diary and travel arrangements.
This is a fixed term, part-time (18.75 hours per week) position until the 31st May 2023, with the possibility of extension subject to funding.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing exceptional customer service, have a range of office and administrative skills, along with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to the varied requirements of the role. Please read the Job Description for more information.
