John Gallacher is a DPhil candidate at the Oxford University Cyber Security Centre for Doctoral Training. With research interests in Information Warfare and the role of cyber activities in influencing society, John joins the COMPROP team to research computational propaganda, with a current focus on the 2017 UK general election. He holds a BA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University, and has previously spent time working for a private security consultancy as well as an early stage tech start-up.
