    Elizabeth Dubois

    Elizabeth is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Communication, University of Ottawa. Her work is designed to understand how technology may be leveraged to increase democratic accountability and engagement. Collaborating with non-profit organizations, technology companies, journalists and academics internationally, her work is action oriented. She helps run a non-profit organization called Vote Savvy which focuses on youth civic engagement. She is also a Public Policy Forum Fellow and is an academic advisor for Ottawa Civic Tech. Dubois holds a DPhil (PhD) from the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford, and was a Clarendon Scholar and SSHRC Doctoral Fellow. Find her on Twitter @lizdubois.
